Brava Villas is an exclusive complex of well-equipped holiday lets, located within a unique and secure setting on Spain’s Costa Blanca.
Ideal for large family groups or clubs/societies, up to 20 guests can make use of the versatile layout, incorporating dining and relaxation areas positioned around a generously-sized central pool.
Situated near the ‘La Marquesa’ golf course, Brava Villas is ideally placed to explore the local town of Ciudad Quesada, nearby beaches at La Mata & Guardamar del Segura and further afield.
LoCAtIon
Ciudad Quesada is a relatively new town, formed on Spain’s Costa Blanca in the 1970s, which has quickly developed into a home-from-home for its large British community while still retaining its Spanish charm.
Located 50km from both Alicante and Murcia airports, ‘Quesada’ is also ideally placed for visits to beaches at Guardamar del Segura and La Mata.
Ciudad Quesada enjoys a typical Mediterranean climate. Surrounded by mountain ranges, it can benefit from 3,000 hours of sunshine per year and is also protected against cold north winds in the winter.
In 1986 the World Health Organisation recommended the climate of the area as one of the most equitable in the world - neither too hot in the summer nor too cold in the winter. On average it can boast 325 sunny days each year making it an ideal all year round destination.

There were 7 of us on a cycling trip and Brava Villas was perfect - plenty of space for all of us, secure storage for the bikes and a great patio/pool for relaxing. Accommodation was very clean and had everything we needed, including every TV channel. Local area has a lot to offer, bars and restaurants 10-15 minute walk and great value. Also a golf course which we didn’t get time to try out. Lots of good cycling routes to explore and the nearest beach is a short drive away. Great few days, already booked again.

We stayed at Brava Villas in Sept 2022. The Villas were immaculate and tastefully decorated. Spotlessly clean and well equipped, spacious and comfortable. The pool was clean and a good temperature. The outside area was well maintained and had good sunbathing and shaded areas. The overall site felt safe and secure and very relaxing. A car is needed to access local restaurants bars and the beaches. Would definitely recommend for a perfect stay.

Stayed at villas for a family member’s 60th birthday for a week. Was extremely clean with extra sheets if needed. Provisions were set out in the fridge as we had a late flight so gave us time to be able to go to the shops in the morning. Pool was clean and was very helpful to have some cards put out so we knew some good places to eat. Would rate it 5 stars and would definitely return!
